Summer Blossom™ Supreme Long Grain Jasmine Rice is packed with the most favoured ST25 Jasmine rice variety. Due to its remarkable qualities and most delicious taste, it was crowned as the world’s number 1 rice at the World’s Rice Conference in 2019.  Summer Blossom™ Supreme Long Grain Jasmine Rice is naturally cultivated with organic methods in the most fertile soil of the Mekong  delta. The rice is long, clear and shiny white. Upon cooking, the cooked rice is soft and fluffy with a tinct of pineapple fragrance.

Cooking Instructions

The Classic Method:

Step 1:  Rinse the rice using a fine mesh sieve or strainer with cold running water.

Step 2:  Soak the rice for up to an hour (optional).

Step 3:  Pour water into the pot about 1 cup of basmati rice to (11⁄2 cups of water), add a tint of salt or oil (both optional), cover with a lid, and bring to a boil on medium heat.

Step 4:  Immediately turn down boiling water to a low simmer and let simmer, covered and undisturbed, for 15 minutes.

Step 5:  Turn off heat and let steam for 5 minutes.

Step 6:  Uncover, fluff with a fork and serve.
