Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the chopped kimchi and stir fry for a few minutes until it starts to get crispy.
- Stir in the gochujang and mix well with the kimchi.
- Add the cooked rice into the pan and mix well with the stir-fried kimchi. Pour the kimchi juice over the rice and stir fry for a few more minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve hot.
