Grilled Chicken Breast with Rice Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 150g rice spaghetti

  • 200g sliced grilled chicken breast

  • 80g cooked assorted baby vegetables (asparagus & sliced carrot)

Cream Sauce:

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup double cream

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • Combine all ingredients together except the rice spaghetti and cheese. Bring to a boil.

  • Add the rice spaghetti and lightly stir, cover and braise for 3 mins or until the sauce thickens.

  • Season to taste.
